Biography and academic profile

Dr. Padarbinda Samal received his B.Tech. from S.I.T., Bhubaneswar in 2009, M.Tech. in Power System Engineering from V.S.S. University of Technology, Burla in 2013, and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela in 2018. He served as Assistant Professor at I.T.E.R., SOA University from 2010 to 2011 and has been with KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar since 2017. His research interests include distribution system planning and soft computing applications in power systems. He has published over 50 research articles in reputed journals and conferences, six Indian patents, reviewed numerous scientific papers, and serves on the editorial boards of several journals.
