Tapaswini Biswal

Tapaswini Biswal is currently working as an Assistant Professor in School of Electrical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, and Odisha since 2016. Apart from this she is also continuing her Ph.D. in Indian Institute of Technology, Patna (IIT Patna) since Jan 2021.Prior to this she has completed her Masters with First Class in Distinction in the area Power system engineering from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad in 2016 and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IGIT Sarang in 2011. During her M.Tech tenure, she also received MHRD Scholarship from Govt of India. She has also published papers in different Journals and International and National conferences and attended many FDP and workshops. She has guided 4 M.Tech students and 25 B.Tech students. In addition she is the 1st year Tutor mentor, 1st year course coordinator of first year subject, Project Monitoring team member and team member of NBA accreditation in the department. Prior to this she also had industrial experience of 2 years at Kalinga Software Private Limited, Bhubaneswar from 2011-2013 and she was also selected for interview as Scientist in Bhaba Atomic Research centre(BARC) in 2013 and as AEE in OPSC,OPTCL and many more competitive examinations.
