The School of Electrical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, successfully organized the KIIT IEEE IES 5-Day Summer Refresher Programme 2026 on “Electrification for Sustainable Energy Transition: Advanced Technologies for Smart Grids and Net-Zero Energy Systems” from 16th to 20th June 2026 in hybrid mode, in association with IEEE IES Bhubaneswar Hub and Nodes. The programme witnessed participation from 70+ participants from India and abroad. Eminent experts from reputed national and international institutions delivered sessions on smart grids, renewable energy integration, power electronics, microgrids, energy storage, cyber resiliency, and decarbonization trends.
