School of Electrical Engineering, KIIT, successfully organized an interactive session on “Leveraging Soft Skills for Stronger Student Connect.”The session was delivered by Dr. Jayalaxmi Samal, Assistant Professor, Department of Humanities, School of Liberal Studies. The talk emphasized the vital role of communication, empathy, active listening, and emotional intelligence in strengthening student–teacher relationships and creating a positive learning environment.
