The students of the School of Electrical Engineering (SOEE), KIIT Deemed to be University, visited the World Skill Center, a premier institute established by the Government of Odisha through the Odisha Skill Development Authority. The visit was organized to provide students with exposure to advanced skill training and industry-oriented learning. During the visit, students explored state-of-the-art laboratories and interacted with expert trainers. They gained insights into modern technologies, automation systems, and advanced manufacturing practices. The experience helped them understand the practical applications of engineering concepts beyond the classroom. It also enhanced their awareness of industry expectations and global skill standards. The visit encouraged students to develop a problem-solving approach and innovation mindset. Overall, the visit was highly enriching and contributed significantly to their technical knowledge and career readiness.
