The School of Electrical Engineering is delighted to participate in the K-I3 FEST: Idea, Innovation, Impact, centered on the theme Frontier Technologies for Viksit Bharat@2047. This remarkable event serves as a platform to unveil groundbreaking concepts and transformative innovations, inspiring visionaries and entrepreneurs alike! Showcasing more than 250 innovative prototypes created by 600 students from 24 schools within the KIIT group of institutes, the fest spotlighted the pioneering efforts of India’s future leaders. Students from the School of Electrical Engineering (SoEE)= presented 15 projects, including 3 models and 12 prototypes, under the mentorship of faculty members of Electrical Engineering. These projects were categorized into five domains: IoT based like (IOT based Home Automation system, Heart Rate & Spo2 Monitor System Using MAX30100 &Node MCU ESP8266, Weather Monitoring with Thing Speak& ESP8266: DHT11, BMP280, Rain), PLC-based(Bottle Filling System using Simatic S7-200, Industry 4.0 Setup) , Robotics, SMPS(SMART Industrial Remote Monitoring Unit, Universal Current Transformers, Multi Chemistry Multi Output Battery Charger) , and Advanced Power Electronics. All the projects received commendation from the project evaluation committee.
