Sarbajit Paul (2008-2014)
- Designed and developed 60 kW generator
- Developed one of the Asia’s first high electro mechanical force actuator with force limit beyond KN, and also had publications in IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics
- Got young researcher best research award for 2020 for large high power renewable energy generator by Korean Institute
- Got Excellent Research Paper Award 2020 and Research Encouragement Award 2020 for best papers.

- Suranjita Ganguly, batch 2015 is currently pursuing the doctoral program from IIT Hyderabad in Biomedical Engineering. She has been selected for the prestigious Prime Minister’s Research Fellows (PMRF) fellowship in the 2020 cycle.

- Received‘Young Woman in Engineering’ (Major Area of Study – Electrical Engineering) of the 5th Venus International Women Awards – VIWA on 7 March 2020 at Green Park Chennai, India during the 5th Annual Women’s Meet (AWM 2020).
- Published 3 Indian patents and received Grant for two International patents.
