ALUMNI BATCH REUNION 2024

On September 13, 2024 Alumni batch reunion was conducted for 2024 pass out batch for all B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D students at 5:00pm in the conference hall , campus 3 , School of Electrical engineering,KIIT. The programme started with welcome address by Dr. Arjyadhara Pradhan (FIC, Alumni) followed by address of Dr. Ranjeeta Patel, Dean School of Electrical engineering and Dr.Chinmoy kumar Panigrahi , Director , School of electrical engineering.Alumni shared their experiences at KIIT and gave various valuable suggestions for the department.Alumni cards were distributed and batch coordinators were selected.Other faculties also motivated alumni and wished them success in life.The session ended with high tea [...]

Alumni Talk Series: KAMYA was organized by School of Electrical Engineering on 16 th August,2024.

School of Electrical Engineering conducted KAMYA: ALUMNI TALK SERIES on 16th August,2024 at 5:00 pm campus 3, room no A 08. The session started with the welcome address by Dr. Arjyadhara Pradhan , Alumni Co-ordinator School of Electrical Engineering. The speaker of the session Ms.Minerva Harichandan , is currently working as Managing Director of Gyanjyoti Foundation, Bhubaneshwar. She has passed out from KIIT in 2011. School of electrical Engineering conducted KAMYA:ALUMNI TALK SERIES on 17 th November 2023 at 5:00 pm. The session started with the welcome address by Dr.Arjyadhara Pradhan, Alumni Co-ordinator. The speaker of the talk series was Ms.Bandita Sahoo, currently working as Advisory Manager in PWC (Pricewaterhouse Coopers limited), Bhubaneswar , batch 2008-2012. The theme of the talk series was “A journey from University to Industry”. Kalopsia:Student Activity Series 1 Observation of Children’s Day on 14th November 2023 at School of Electrical Engineering

School of Electrical Engineering organized KALOPSIA:Student Activity series 1 on 14th November, 2023 at room no A106 campus 3. A quiz test was conducted on various topic like Make in India, Digitalisation, Education and society.All the 2nd year students participated in the event.Winners were awarded with certificate by Dean, SOEE and team of faculty.The programme ended with  group photo session.

Observation of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas on 31 st October 2023 at School of Electrical Engineering

School of Electrical Engineering celebrated pledge-taking ceremony  to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel observed as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas  at 4pm in the department on 31 st october 2023.The pledge was taken by faculties,students and technical staff to reinforce the importance of national unity and integration. National unity day serves as a reminder of the diverse cultural, linguistic, and regional identities that coexist in India, emphasising the need for unity to maintain the nation’s integrity and also instills a sense of patriotism and love for one’s country. Observation of Engineer’s Day on 15th September 2023 at School of Electrical Engineering

School of Electrical Engineering celebrated Engineer’s Day on 15th September at 5:00pm. Faculties and students of both B.Tech and M.Tech from different core branches joined the session. Faculties shared the importance of Engineer’s Day and discussed the various happening areas where research is going on. Students expressed their views about role of engineers for society. The programme ended with high tea and group photo session.
