Kreative Kontrol 2.0 was a highly anticipated event that brought together engineering students and professionals for a day of learning, competition, and innovation. School of Electrical Engineering conducted KAMYA: ALUMNI TALK SERIES on 28th March,2024 on the topic “Automation & AI trends” at 7:30 pm in virtual mode. The session started with the welcome address by Dr. Arjyadhara Pradhan, FIC Alumni, School of Electrical Engineering. The speaker of the session Mr. Arjun Patnaik, is currently working as Assistant General Manager,Steel Authority of India Limited, Rourkela Steel Plant. He has completed his B.Tech in 2009. KINETIDROID 2025
School of Electrical Engineering has organized KINETIDROID 2025 (a robotics event) in KIIT FEST 8.0 at OAT 3, Campus 3 for 14-16 th February, 2025. The event was grand successes with the participation of 23 groups in between 10 groups were from other different institutes. The event was conducted in association with KIIT Electrical Society. The event has gone through five rounds of competitions like Robo Rush, Ballistic Brawl, Robo Hurdle Sprint, Robo Hurdle Havoc and Sandrover. The School of Electrical Engineering is delighted to participate in the K-I3 FEST: Idea, Innovation, Impact, centered on the theme Frontier Technologies for Viksit Bharat@2047. This remarkable event serves as a platform to unveil groundbreaking concepts and transformative innovations, inspiring visionaries and entrepreneurs alike! Showcasing more than 250 innovative prototypes created by 600 students from 24 schools within the KIIT group of institutes, the fest spotlighted the pioneering efforts of India’s future leaders.
