The talk is continued with the guest speaker Mr. Debjyoti Mohanty, GM Global HRBP, AP Moller maersk Technology. He started his talk with introducing his website www.menti.com with the code 8241279 by choosing any word for discussion by gen-Z. He discusses about Gen-Z expectation at workplace with survey hypothesis of professionalism, helpful collegues, encouragement, cleanliness. Also talked the think of gen-Z by digital native or expect proper workplace. Continued with briefing of gen-z connection with industry by proper communication, short content, feed curiosity, connect various technology, inspire to gen-Z, build their expertise etc. with constructive action like imagine, compose, activate for employees in workplace.
