KIIT School of Electrical Engineering organized a workshop on ‘Role of Technocrats in Building Organizational Culture’ on 29th August 2020 on virtual mode.
Mr.Asutosh Rath, Deputy General Manager (Corporate Communication), NALCO, delivered the talk on Role of Technocrats in Building Organizational Culture. He focused on the key aspects like, importance human resources in an industry, role of a HR manager, role of technocrats as a motivator for their co workers, understanding the concept of a good organization and the factors controlling it, the ethics of an technical executive to fit into an organization’s culture, building trust among the co workers.
Dr. Banishree Misra, School of Electrical Engineering, extended a warm welcome to the speaker & coordinated the session. Faculty members, B. Tech, M. Tech students as well as research scholars of the School were present during the workshop session. The session ended with vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Sarita Samal
