Roshan Nayak
Roshan Nayak joined KIIT Deemed to be University (KIIT DU) as an Assistant Professor in 2022. He has over 12 years of extensive teaching and administrative experience. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS), Prayagraj. He holds a B. Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and M. Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Power Systems) from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Prayagraj, completed in 2011 and 2013, respectively. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Electrical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Meghalaya.
He is dedicated to advancing the field of electrical engineering. His research focuses on critical areas such as Microgrid Design & Optimization, Voltage & Frequency Stability and Renewable Energy Integration. He has successfully guided 15 Masters students and remains actively engaged in the professional community through regular participation in national workshops, seminars, and short-term courses.
