Ranjeeta Patel
Dr. Ranjeeta Patel is an Associate Professor in School of Electrical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar. She received Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Master’s Degree in Power Electronics and Drives from BPUT, Rourkela and KIIT University, Bhubaneswar respectively, and the PhD degree from National Institute of Technology Rourkela. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience. She holds the administrative position as Coordinator for Guest Lecture & Conference, SoEE and Hostel Superindentent. Her research interest includes power quality, renewable energy integration, electric vehicle charging infrastructure etc. She has published papers in various reputed journals and has been a presenter at various conferences, to include IEEE & Springer. She has been continuing giving service as a reviewer to various reputed journals of IEEE, Elsevier, Wiley, Springer, Walter De Gruyter. She is holding the position of IEEE officials as Chair, IEEE IAS Joint chapters’ IEEE BBSR Sub-section and Kolkata section, Secretary, IEEE PELs society, Treasurer, IEEE Consumer Technology (CTSoc) Society Joint chapters’ IEEE BBSR Sub-section and Kolkata section. She also acts as Joint Secretary of IEEE IES society Joint chapter BBSR sub-section & Kolkata Section and an Executive Committee (EC) member of IEEE Bhubaneswar subsection. Along with this acting as the advisor of KIIT IEEE IAS SBC and KIIT IEEE CTSoc SBC. She also associated with various conferences as organizing secretary/Chair and TPC for IEEE ICPEE 2021, IEEE ICPEE 2023, IEEE STPEC 2023 and Organising Co-chair of IEEE INDISCON 2022. She has also organized the conferences as EATEERE 2021 and STPGE 2022 whose papers get published by Springer in their prestigious “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering” and “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems” series respectively. She also edited two books published by Springer Singapore. She elevated to IEEE Senior member in 2021.
