KIIT School of Electrical Engineering (KSOE) organized a virtual panel discussion and three numbers of workshops on 25th September 2021 as a part of ‘12th Mega HR Konclave 2021’. More than 6 dignitaries from leading companies from India along with more than 100 student participants and faculties attended the Conclave.
The panel discussion on “What Competencies Govern Hybrid Workforce in Electrical Industries” was moderated by Mr. Surya Jeedigunta, CEO,3P Foundation,
SNJ Solar. The panelist included Dr. Shefali Bahl, AVP-HR, EXICOM; Mr. Shishir Sahay, HEAD ENGINEERING, KPIT; Mr. Satish Mohapatra, HEAD HR, SIEMENS
INFRA; Mr. Vijayant Ranjan, CHIEF TROMBAY, TATA POWER. Dr. B. K. Nayak, Dean, School of Electrical Engineering welcomed the panelists to the discussion, which was coordinated by Prof. Subrat Behera, Assistant Professor & Assoc. Dean (T&P), SoEE. The experts deliberated upon the recent trends of technology which has become the need of the hour to realize and understand by academic institutions. Continuous learning and self development also plays a pivotal role for every individual. All experts delivered on the same lines and the discussion ended with vote of thanks by Prof. K.V.V. S. R. Chowdary. The Panel discussion was followed by three parallel workshops: Workshop-1: Mr. Sanjeev Handoo, working as a Function Leader AT & Electric power systems EPS in Andritz Hydro Pvt. Ltd addressed the gathering on continuous learning in electrical.
Workshop-2: Mr. Ashis Parida Founder & CEO of Grinity Intellect Pvt. Ltd. and Shift E-Mobility Pvt. Ltd. delivered the talk on Creation of visionary leadership in the “Phygital workplace”.
Workshop-3:-The workshop was conducted by Mr. Kailash Kumar,Plant-HR Manager in Exicom Tele Systems Ltd. The topic was about ‘ Continuous learning in Phygital workspace’ He highlighted on Importance of training opportunities at work. Success as sum of preparation and opportunity.
Dr. Subhasri Kundu, Prof. Ankit Soni, Prof. Subhendu Mishra, welcomed the speakers in the respective workshops & coordinated the sessions with vote of thanks.
