Dr. Ranjeeta Patel, Dean, School of Electrical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, represented KIIT and IEEE Bhubaneswar Section at the prestigious IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) Annual Conference – IECON 2025, held at Hotel Melia Castilla, Madrid, Spain, from 14th to 18th October 2025.
Dr. Patel was formally invited by the IEEE IES to attend the Student and Young Professional (SYP) Forum and the IEEE IES Administrative Committee (AdCom) meetings, where she actively contributed to discussions on membership development, global collaboration, and student engagement initiatives.
She also had the wonderful opportunity to coordinate the Speed Mentoring Session under SYP activities, held on 16th October 2025, which brought together young professionals and global experts for an inspiring exchange of ideas. Her participation underscores KIIT’s commitment to global academic engagement, leadership in professional communities, and fostering innovation in the field of Electrical and Industrial Electronics Engineering.
