Banishree Misra
Dr. Banishree Misra received her Master Degree in Power Electronics and Drives in 2007 from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Deemed to be University & Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2018 from the same institute. She is also a faculty member in School of Electrical Engineering Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology since 2008. Till date she has published more than 28 nos. of research publications in reputed Journals and Conferences. Apart from that, membership is also attained in various Professional societies viz. IEEE, ISLE, ISTE and ISCA. Her research interests includes power electronics and drives, power quality improvement, design, analysis and applications of active and passive filters, adaptive filter designs and grid synchronization techniques. She has guided more than sixty B. Tech students, fifteen M. Tech students, and presently three nos. of PhD scholars are working under her supervision.
