Biography and academic profile
Padarbinda Samal born in 1987 and received the B.Tech. degree from the S.I.T, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in 2009 and M. Tech. degree in power system engineering from V.S.S University of Technology, Burla, Odisha, in 2013 India and PhD in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela, Odisha, in 2018. He was working as Asst. Professor in Electrical Engineering Department, I.T.E.R, SOA University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, from 2010 to 2011. He is with KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. His research interests include distribution system planning, and soft computing applications to power system problems.
