School of Electrical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University organized a HR conclave based on the theme “Leading in a Diverse and Inclusive Culture “, on 29th August, 2020 in online mode. The conclave lecture was delivered by Mr. Mukesh Tiwari, CHRO, Hentong Optic-Electric India.
The welcome address was given by Dr. Kundan Kumar, Asst. Prof., SOEE, KIIT University. Mr. Tiwari highlighted the important traits of an leader and stressed the importance of working in a diverse environment. At the end of the session he clarified the doubts of the U.G., P.G., PhD Scholars, and the faculty members. The conclave was closed by Dr. Padarbinda Samal, Assistant Professor, SOEE, KIIT University.
