Dr. Padarbinda Samal received a B.Tech. degree from the S.I.T, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in 2009 and M. Tech. degree in power system engineering from V.S.S University of Technology, Burla, Odisha, in 2013 India and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela, Odisha, in 2018. He was working as Asst. Professor in Electrical Engineering Department, I.T.E.R, SOA University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, from 2010 to 2011.
